The Fed Funds Rate in February, Is That Too High?
I think we're in restrictive territory now, and certainly projected to be very, very soon. The lower that natural rate is, the more the rates that we see there on the board are restrictive. So, I do think that committee's about right here. But you should use some kind of Taylor rule to judge whether we've got the right level of the policy rate.
