Mr. Chang put it out there yesterday, given the ever increasing prices of having a Omakase sushi experience at one of the top sushi bars in New York City. Could it be that it might actually just be I was going to say cost effective? Would it be cheaper just to fly to Japan and eat real sushi there at a top sushi? So we made the side by side comparison.
