The Influence of Piper on My Life

I think there was a sense in which most of us grew up in church. And I actually had my pastor was actually very influenced by Piper, though it wasn't the sort of thing that he would quote in sermons. But after the fact, realizing like, Oh, some of these seeds were planted there without me knowing it. It was honestly like the clarity of it. With John opened the Bible and demonstrated that God really did do everything for his own sake. That's not to the exclusion of my joy, but was in fact the means of my greatest happiness.
