Sally Kohn: I can't even imagine what this process has been like for you kind of like integrating both like your survivor experience with something that you were already interested and passionate about. The interesting thing is that I went the traditional psychology route when I got out of my relationship. But in working with me, I really feel that she re-traumatized me because she had a very get it out type of approach. She didn't have to get it out. Capacity actually works in an activation deactivation from that framework.
