Mortgage Rates Could Get in the Fives Later in the Year
The NBA is pretty aggressively forecasting that they'll get down to 5.2 by the end of the year and they think we should already be at like 5.7 so we're a little bit off there. Other people are forecasting when if I'm in housing if I's in real estate or five a mortgage. Is it realistic to think we're going to be in the fives third quarter fourth quarter?
