I really thought we had a massive opportunity to grasp the net and shake things up, that's not what happened. And some of that might be a result in general sort of academic university inertia but a lot of it's also coming from the students. There is nothing easier for us for them to sit in a lecture theater among 200 other students and listen to us drone on for 50 minutes.
