Absolute Time and Absolute Place

Razi's theory is that God must create time and place before he can create the universe. If these things were not eternal, then we would have an infinite regress, Razi says. His atomic understanding of matter would be anathema to the Stoics in one respect; but it makes him compatible with their ideas on atoms.
