The Value of a Bridge Program
The bridge service is more expensive to our clients, especially if it's a more senior person in there. But i think the value to us is greater because it's helping a client with a discreet need and helping a designer potentially find their first job or a new adventure. And it keeps our people from having to work alone. It provides some extra revenue that lets us be more picky about the other projects that we take on.
