The Importance of Leverage
Not having enough leverage in the portfolio when I first started was a mistake. Leverage is not always and leverage obviously is something that can be very, very dangerous if used improperly. But leverage doesn't always add to risk. We have a we have a question as we wrap up towards the end here. And so we would like to ask about things that you get a lot of benefit from personally that maybe you're not the greatest financial decision.
