In conflict, oftentimes people don't make the distinction between what they notice and what they imagine. So to really have the practice, linguistically, in slowing down and breaking it down is a way of owning your feelings. And i already feel more vulnerable here the minute you use the language. As i just made that whole thing up, i wasn't even talking about me. I just made it up. The main ones rit simply, what i'm noticing, what i's imagining, what i're feeling and what i'm wanting.
