Isn't That Where Everything Should Start?

I think that it's hard to define this skill of- It's hard to label it with a term, but there's something around your ability to care about what you're saying. I have a client right now who can't tell a story that happened to her and she just cannot do it. So they can have all of the skill in the world if they're not connected to what they're saying. That happens before, even before I speak before you think. If you don't care about whatyou're saying, if you're notconnected to what you're said, so you're saying this is like a mindset that you have to have going into it.
