Guru Jugget's parents were able to see their daughter as both victim and perpetrator. The ideal, idealization of her daughter really bothered Katie's mom who didn't want to engage at all with conspiracy theories or bad boss stuff. She wanted to live in the more gray area, the sadness of how she had lost Katie in the last few years of her life due to conspiracy theories.
