Good News for Santiago

Santiago's main leader says, we are going to a break this. Break our rule. No swords, no knives, no weapons, no fighting inside the oasis. We're going to let everybody carry weapons,. So so if an army comes, we will be ready. This is breaking our rule. That's the good news. But there's bad news. The bad news is that if your vision is not true, if nobody attacks to morrow, then we're going to kill you because you made us break this rule.
