The government would step in and say, no, that's not happening. SpaceX could raise the money if he wants to buy ULA. But they have their own problems. They have their own mission to go to Mars. That's one more one more distraction for Elon as well. He's got a lot going on his plate. So yeah, he's got to relax a little bit.
