The Key Components of P&L Burn
Runway is the amount of time that you have to achieve profitability or revenue stability. Cash burn, which includes how your working capital is tracking, is a far more important metric than P&L burn. If you had 10 crores in your bank and your monthly cash burn is one crore, then you basically have a runway of 10 months.
