Sleep and nutrition are like the thing that it's crazy. It should be so simple. Your feet hurt because you're probably pretty heavy. In a lot of cases. Yeah, you can't touch your toes. Like you can't sit on the ground. The hard part is that things like the air you breathe, the light you're exposed to, the sleep you get and the food you eat should be zero, zero thought. Well, other than like attaining food, it's like food, air, like we should not have to wear if the air is polluted or if the water is clean. That takes a lot of time and bandwidth.
