How to Be a Full Stack Developer

I think that there are a lot of people who like to call themselves full stack developers, which we used to call Swiss Army knives. And you can't be a generalist and be an expert. I don't advocate for a system where we're all full stack developers. We all know everything. And then it's just going to suck completely. Know the need to know is at a very general level and then specialize in one instance. But if everyone in the team has the basics and then knows who specializes, those decisions should be made as a team as a collective.
