What Has Jeremy Hunt Changed in This Budget?
The annual allowance limit will be raised from the current of £40,000 to £60,000. The lifetime allowance will be scrapped altogether. A royal college of physician survey found in 2019 that nearly half of doctors had decided to retire at a younger age than they previously planned. 86% of them cited pensions as a key factor in that.
