Is Sensory Loss Clinically Relevant?
How much change is meaningful. And how do you quantify the clinical meaningfulness of a change? Because that's often a challenge, right? Absolutely. So I think this is much easier to answer for motor strength than it is for sensation. What is significant usually for a clinical side is indeed if you have a patient who has an MRC scale of less than three,. That usually means they should not be in our clinics anymore as physiotherapists.
