Sauna gives me a nice little pop on top of my existing work and there's health benefit that comes from that. You can hack exercise with sauna. I'm starting to get a little bit older. I can't train like I did back when I was in my 20s. We love vitamin J, but there are other ways to get vitamin J. For me, this is a challenge. I'm a big insulin phenotype. When the zombie apocalypse happens and all of a sudden there's a food resistant asses, we then gain an advantage. Us skinny asses won't be out for long.
