Letting Go of Thoughts
In a moment of mindfulness, you become the ocean relating to the wave. Step too, open to the to the waves, to the feelings inside the body. And then step three, our meditation helps us to contact the love that allows for really a full letting go. I hear countless stories about family schisms, cause it's just a deep suffering in a lot of families. Many times we had one in my parents generation, so much pain in it.
