The big sort of aha moment of this book, at least in my opinion was that this concept of like, interlocking and self reinforcing businesses. It just seemed like for a long time, even employees and some board members and investors in amazon didn't understand baso's infatuation with hollywood and hisnvest an invidio. And so you've got this set of really opaque and hidden connections between all these businesses that is at the center of how amazon operates. They'll probably really resist mightily any effort or suggestion that they should break up.
