Grace is not an enabler of sin, says the preacher. We have seen people treat extensions of grace as enablers in our lives and we can't continue to do so. There are offences for which there must be immediate and remedial consequences even if a human being has capacity to forgive them. Atsi: The more draconian the offence, the less likely it will happen again.

How should we react when people say or do things we find offensive in public discourse? What is the role of forgiveness and grace in these contexts?
