Between 1973 and 2011 sperm concentration, which is the number of sperm per milliliter of semen fell by 52% in Western countries. In addition to declining sperm counts, they're seeing all these trends in declining testosterone and increasing rates of testicular cancer. All of those things are taking place and they continue to take place at an additional 1% per year.
