Do You Have a Race Simulator?

A lot of people don't actually do a race simulation which you should be doing anyway to get power numbers and run pace numbers. You also need to practice your nutrition because very rarely do you get an experience where you are performing for as long as you are on race day so therefore it's really important to do a practice race simulation. The intensity is what we're measuring our fuel consumption against i know we said six lessons at the start we ended up with eight lessons so there's a couple of bonus lessons for you.
