How to Block Time for Growth
I think one of the tough things with time blocking is it's kind of easy to kind of get stuck in the routine and the things you got to do today or this week. And especially if you have a business you want to grow that business stuff to plan time for that. So I try and allocate at least one day, one afternoon week that is focused on strategic growth of the business. What products are we going to create what new things can we do. And how are wegoing to attract more people are there? You know, all those types of growth activities I try and do on a certain day.
