Trump's Comments on CNN's CNN Town Hall Defamation Lawsuit

A New York judge has amended an appeal by E. Jean Carroll to amend the 2019 defamation lawsuit against former President Donald Trump. She is seeking $10 million in new damages from Trump for his recent comments defaming her, attacking her and slandering her during a CNN town hall last month. The jury found that Trump sexually abused Carroll and defamed her at trial.
