Blake: I think we're going to be hearing a lot more about breath work and coming here, at least I hope so. When we do deep belly breaths, we stimulate the vagus nerve, which is a nerve that runs from the base of our head all the way to our stomach. It's in charge of our parasympathetic nervous system, which tells our fight or flight turn off and ease into rest and digest mode. So really, I'm just trying to encourage you to think about engaging your senses in a positive way because when we gift our body in Dorphins something we all need, we won't get ever get tired of receiving.
