The residential, the co up condo town house market new york city is the most active i've ever seen it. So you can't even attribute it to pent up demand from 20 20. People who had ofviously made a lot of money in the last year or two are taking advantage of buying at this discount. That's really driven by people coming back, anticipating living here and working here again.
