Django Simple Deploy Tool

Eric Mathis is working on a Django simple deploy tool to try to standardize this. If start project came with built in environment variables, just for like debug, a lot host, secret key, CSRF trusted origins. That would get ignore files. And then if there was something if static, like why don't we have static root and static filesters? I think that hand hits a lot of it.
