What Is Your First Writing Impulse?
The first impulse was to tell my story. The next thing was, you don't know how to do it. So that was the impulse to go to graduate school and to learn. And i think people just think, if you have a story, then of course you can write a book. And yes, you probably can, but it don't, won't necessarily be good.
