I think it's really important. Like, especially just having people who really care about the mission and stuff like that. I'm surprised if people wouldn't be excited about motion hatch when they're motion designers. So i'm trying to treat my free lancers as i wanted to be treated. And no less fair than that. Yes, that makes sense. A, so is, each project is going to be different. And of course, i would not change my journey at all, because i think that everything happened for a reason.
