There's a bunch of research also looking at how different types of fat affect hepatic fat and different trials. Some of these are not the longest term trials, so they probably need to be further explored. But it is interesting to me that when I look at that, in the trials comparing saturated fats to polyunsaturated fats, you see an increase in hepatic fat in the saturated fat group.
