The Effects of Adductor Drawbacks on Pain

A lot of kind of just driving rotation of a femur and they're working through like that, after complex in typically a lengthened position because of that. Another drill that I'll do with a lot of people that is visually very unilateral is like an adductor drawback against the wall. And we sometimes will do it just for the same sensation that, you know, David's talking about almost with the cable test. They might feel their ad ductor for the first time doing that exercise.
