A lot of people who do manful yoga are guys in their forties, 50 sixties. They know that weight lifting can't be good for them, but maybe they just haven't started. So is there like a time at that people should aim to really push hard if they're starting and commit to it for x amount of time? I personally havin't grown in years. But at some points, like, biologically, my body doesn't want to walk around with like, ronnie coleman tyght muscle mass es, you know, mister olympia for ten, 11 years in a row in the early two thousands.
