Every transition gives us a pause to check in, where am I and listen to those instructions that come up? Right? So really just helping us see transitions as again, beautiful invitation to notice where am I right now. Otherwise we stack through the day, right? And we get very dissociated and disembodied. Now what is rest but receiving support? When I go sit down and I just breathe, just for a couple of times and breathe for a few minutes, I'm receiving that I have breath. Could I can forget I have breath? Isn't that amazing how disembodied we get? I can forget that I'm allowed to close my eyes?"
