Chantal: Sleep is so important. I think maybe it's something that a lot of us allow to slip. But maybe it should be, especially as we get older, a bigger priority actually. You know, your body does love a routine to an extent. We are cyclical creatures. And like you say, it's the one thing for me as well that I am quite often, you know, less rigid about. It's something has to give to allow me to do what I have to achieve in that day. So sleep hygiene is a very big aspect of it as well. Not just quantity, but also the quality.
