Dr Ray says we need to stop looking it like this debate over which diet is best. Self monitoring, cognitive restraint and exercise are the key for weight loss. For me, flexible dieting works best but i'm not arrogant enough to think that it's going to work best for everybody. Weik we like to feel righteousall that's that's people who get into nutrition now like they would have been religious zealots.
