The Evolution of Lookism
The popular term for lookism in the 2010s was probably like pretty privileged. Today, people are kind of reframing it as beauty as capital. People treat you very differently if you're attractive and have better access to stuff. But I feel like in real life, like, it's complicated. It's like all my friends that had like really pretty moms, their moms would never get speeding tickets. They would just like start crying and it would really be effective.
