The Space Framework Isn't Enough
The space doesn't, it isn't enough by itself. There really has to be a lot of attention placed on understanding what are your goals in terms of whether it's improving or changing. So I think we as an industry, we need to stop trying to measure productivity, and maybe not even use that word as much,. Instead have more focused goals. And so the industry focus on what are the things or the practices, or the approaches or the interventions that are values right that we can use to improve developer experience.
