Is Resistance Training Driving the Stimulus?

Resistance training drives the stimulus. Dietary strategies related to protein have more of a permissive role in terms of maximizing the adaptation to it. There's not yet any research that i'm aware of, at least showing that not sleeping enough impacts your gains. But generally, if you're plan things by the book, you primarily want to focus on things that have been shown to be associated with whatever outcome variable you're interested in. So yes, why don't a exercise science searchers track and report subjects sleep habits? And i think that there are a couple reasons for that.
