The Meat Business Is Fascinating
The meat business is fascinating. And one of the things that came out of it was just how undervalued the american rancher and farmer are, both in the perception of the average consumer and ally. What we see from this value chain is something that's so inherently broken and can only be constructed by the us. So with regenerative agriculture, one of the benefits, so far, has been to create a model that allows ranchers and farmers to make a proper living.
