Is There a Benefit to Accommodations in School?
There's actually some benefit to having mismatched environments every once in a while or even regularly so not seeing that as an enemy but seeing it as part of the curriculum. accommodations with school help them instead of sort of just babying their weaknesses if that makes sense. I think it can be used as scaffolding and particularly if you see a certain context where someone is just not able to show what they know or perform to their true ability that's where an accommodation is warranted.
