I didn't know the divine comedy to its own entirety by heart. But I tell you two people I know for sure know by heart all the divine comedy. One is a very big friend of mine. His name is Far Farallelo. He passes six months per year in Peru as a volunteer. And the other six months in Florence, he stays in front of the museum house of Dante and can recite any counter they want. Another one is a teacher, Italian teacher. Her name is Sylvana Bidoadi. She started like every day on the train from the house to the school, like 18 verses per day, nine verses per day. And she now knows it all by heart
