HBO should have always stayed small, right? It should have been its own sort of thing. They had the premium TV model that could have shifted seamlessly to the Internet. The problem with ESPN going over the top is all the cable companies are like, why should we charge $10 a subscriber to people who don't watch ESPN when you're going over-the-top and competing with us?"
