Enrique: "Bureaucracy is big on pre-start. It goes like, this is like sometime, and I'll use expenses because it's kind of like, you know, where we play" He says companies get to the point that they do like deployments four times a year to make sure nothing breaks. And then you kind of create bureaucracy and no one will be visits of bureaucracy later., he adds. Enrique: "I think part of the leader's job is to constantly be thinking how to make their team more productive."
