The Secret to Success for Non-Salespeople
For non salespeople, they actually an they were very comfortable with that. It's when we'v brought in, and we've done this a few times, and some of them have survived and thrived. But traditional salespeople, of people that have either a lengthy career in different types of sales positions, or came from another sass based sales company,. We've had way more failure than success with some of those individuals. And so building the the kind of long term game has been really successful.
