The Pecking Order in Humans

To peck is what chickens and other birds do with their beak. The stronger, harder, bigger ones get to eat first because if not they will attack the weaker ones. There's an order of who gets the best food first in humans. A hen is a female chicken, a cock is a male chicken or cock crawl or a rooster but the hen is the female. You might hear the expression a hen pecked husband. Craig says inevitably there's a pecking order in every workplace.
