A new Pew Research Center survey found only 44% of workers who are 18 to 29 years old are highly satisfied with their jobs overall. That's compared to 65% of workers 65 and older. Older workers are also more likely to say they're satisfied with their manager or supervisor, their day-to-day tasks, and their opportunities for promotion at work.
