The Nordic countries are 'entrapenorial' and have a strong safety net. The benefits in the nordi countries are universally available, as opposed to means testing or individualizing everything. In the united states we've shredded m a lot of the collective dimensions of our social contract. And that then does is it creates really powerful political and cultural divide between lowest income people and working class people,. middle class people and upper middle class people.
